It all began…

with the realization of just how much representation matters and a vision of positively impacting retention and potential fulfillment within the SCARNG. On March 31, 2018, WIN’s Visionaries made a commitment to enhance the military and civilian careers of those serving in the SCARNG by creating networking opportunities and sharing information to support awareness and the creation of mentorship relationships.

 

What Win is Not…

  • Promoting a race, group of races or gender as being superior to others

  • Complaint group or a source for mistreatment or discriminatory complaints

  • Substitute for your chain of command

  • Serving as career counselors
