Mentorship
The Women’s Influential Network (WIN) is organized to facilitate organic mentorship relationships. The organization provides a community network supportive of mentorship and assists with connecting mentors and mentees. WIN provides quarterly sessions to facilitate mentorship. These sessions also serve as a form of mentorship, as information is presented that supports progression in both the military and civilian facets of life. WIN utilizes online networks to extend reach and creates email distribution lists to distribute tips.
